Not only has it been impossible to get calls back from ANYONE, but Todd was quick to respond and quick to show up. "Todd is truly a master electrician. As well, he was prompt in his arrival and charged me a very fair price for the assembly and installation of three ceiling fixtures. He even worked around an obstacle or two with no problem. I highly recommend Todd and will ask no one else to handle additional electrical work in this home. "

Will only call Wire Guys Electric

"Todd just installed a transfer switch for me (an interlock device, actually, but I didn't know that's what I needed when I initially contacted him). He is very personable, honest, and knowledgable. He was on-time both times that he came out, and went above and beyond in explaining to me about the electrical wiring of my house (we just moved in). I couldn't be more happy with his service and will only call Wire Guys Electric for any future electrical issues. (Note: I was not asked or encouraged to write this review, and having just moved to the area, I have no biases about area electricians. I just think Todd does fantastic work.)"

Genuinely Interested in Helping!

"We heard about Todd from friends who raved about him. When a problem with our pool pump arose late on a Friday, I called Saturday to leave a message in hopes to hear from him the first of the week. Instead, I received a call back a bit later and had a great conversation with a person who was genuinely interested in helping, even though we were not regular customers. Todd was right up front about his schedule and that it would be over a week before he could come to our house. In the meantime, we talked about what I may be able to do. When he came out, our initial impression was spot on. He thoughtfully worked through our unusual problem, explaining what we was doing at every step and fixed our problem. We are thrilled to find an electrician who provides such excellent customer service and are looking forward to working with him on other home projects."
